Come lavoro How I work

1. L’AI come strumento di lavoro AI-augmented workflow

   L’AI fa parte di come lavoro: mi aiuta a scrivere codice, test, a rivedere le modifiche. Ma tutto quello che va in produzione lo leggo, lo provo e lo approvo io. AI tools are part of how I build—drafting code, writing tests, reviewing changes. Everything that ships, I read, test, and sign off myself.

2. Prima il problema, poi il codice Built on real needs

   Prima di mettere mano al codice, capisco cosa deve fare il progetto. Poi costruisco quello, e nient’altro. I ask what the project has to do before I write code, then build that.

3. Ambito e prezzo concordati in anticipo Fixed scope, agreed up front

   Concordiamo cosa fare, e quanto costa, prima di iniziare. L’ambito è fisso, e così il prezzo. Se il lavoro cresce, ne parliamo e decidiamo insieme prima di andare avanti. We agree on what the job is, and what it costs, before I start. The scope is fixed, and so is the price. If the work grows, we decide on the change before it begins.

   Una struttura chiara, che anche chi viene dopo di me legge senza fatica. I test li scrivo prima, così il codice resta coperto. Clear structure the next person can read. Tests come first, so the code is covered.

   Lavoro a piccoli passi, con allineamenti regolari: la cosa che faccio dopo è sempre quella che in quel momento conta di più. I work in short increments with regular check-ins, so the next thing built is the next thing that matters.

   Il sito gira su un CMS che gestisci da solo. A fine lavoro ti lascio la documentazione e tutti gli accessi: il codice, il dominio e gli account restano tuoi. I build on a CMS you can run yourself, document the build, and hand over access. You own your code, your domain, and your accounts.
